We are looking for a motivated and proactive Operations and Fundraising Manager to join our association in Brussels.
The selected candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on involvement to ensure smooth operations and successful fundraising efforts in our association.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administration of international NGOs
- At least 3 years of experience in fundraising development roles.
- Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets and building donor relationships.
- Proven track record of managing daily operations of international NGOs.
- Outstanding writing skills.
- Eye for details and financial acumen.
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Perfect command of the English language (written and oral).
- Fluent in French.

- Permanent contract.
- Part-time (80%).
- Starting date: June 2025 or as soon as possible after that.
