AEEU is looking for a Operations and Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Operations and Fundraising Manager to join our association in Brussels.

The selected candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on involvement to ensure smooth operations and successful fundraising efforts in our association. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration of international NGOs
  • At least 3 years of experience in fundraising development roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets and building donor relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing daily operations of international NGOs.
  • Outstanding writing skills.
  • Eye for details and financial acumen.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Perfect command of the English language (written and oral).
  • Fluent in French.

contract information

  • Permanent contract.
  • Part-time (80%).
  • Starting date: June 2025 or as soon as possible after that. 
  • The salary will be in line with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
